An industry veteran with over 23 years of cooking under his chef whites, Juan Pablo Rey Nores credits his longevity to the many skills he picked up along the way working with some of the finest Latin American chefs in the world. The Argentinian culinarian is a self-professed gourmand — he believes passion combined with confidence in the kitchen are the key ingredients to success. With every plate he helps to create or chef team he looks to inspire, Chef Juan brings the best of himself and the many talented chefs he has trained under, to every table he serves.

A strong leader, with a flair for bringing out the ingenuity in his fellow industry professionals, Chef Juan has diversified his career to include roles beyond the kitchen over the years. He has worked with Hilton Worldwide Hotels and Resorts on the set-up of 12 restaurants under the Conrad Hotel brand.
