August was conceived as a French-Mediterranean culinary journey housed in a space that offers guests the freedom to choose their own experience. More than just a restaurant, it’s an atmosphere: smooth, witty, and bold, crafted for those who appreciate design, taste, and artistry.
The project celebrates lifestyle as much as cuisine, creating a seamless blend of dining, cocktails, music, and ambiance.
About the Project
The venue is divided into three distinct yet interconnected environments, each carefully curated to evoke a unique mood:
The Dining Room – A refined setting for conversations over French-Mediterranean dishes prepared by star chefs, paired with selections from an extensive wine cellar or bespoke cocktails from world-class bartenders.
The Terrace Garden – An open-air retreat with breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa, designed for relaxed dining, sunset drinks, and laid-back music by the resident DJ.
Dusk (Cocktail Room) – The heartbeat of August. A weekend party space reminiscent of intimate house gatherings, energized by Dubai’s top DJs, enhanced with a state-of-the-art sound system, immersive lighting, and a specialty gin bar curated by award-winning bartenders.
Created for art lovers, residents, tourists, expats, and the DIFC crowd, August appeals to an audience in their late 20s to 50s seeking an elevated, dynamic experience. The brand voice is smooth, playful, elegant, witty, and bold, resonating with the vibrant social fabric of Dubai.
