About the Project
Juniper was conceived as a modern lifestyle hub blending gastronomy with culture. Its brand identity and mood are designed to be stylish, dynamic, and immersive, appealing to Dubai’s cosmopolitan crowd.
Guests are invited to embark on a global culinary journey:
Small Plates & Snacks – inventive bites like crispy plantain with scotch bonnet mayo, okra fries, and cassava prawn crackers.
Ocean & River-Inspired Dishes – from tuna taridito with pineapple and jalapeño to jerk octopus with confit sweet potato cake.
Bush & Forest Specialties – including plantain miso lamb chops, short-rib “pachamanca,” and truffle wild beef gyoza.
Decadent Desserts – such as Peruvian chocolate fondant, caramelized pineapple with corn ice cream, and tonka bean cheesecake.
