Limestone Lab envisioned and realized Marsa Boulevard as a hidden gem along Dubai’s waterfront, nestled between the Garhoud and Business Bay bridges. Designed as a public square for the community, it brings together food, culture, entertainment, and leisure in a vibrant, walkable destination.
Marsa Boulevard was created to redefine how people experience life by the water. The vision combines culinary diversity, art and culture, family-friendly activities, and entertainment into a single cohesive environment. It’s a place where heritage meets modernity, designed to foster connection, creativity, and community.

Marsa Boulevard offers a multi-layered visitor journey through storytelling, discovery, dining, and markets:
Culinary Excellence – Four signature restaurants, 10+ food pop-ups, and global dining experiences ranging from Michelin-starred chefs to casual Emirati cafés.
Culture & Heritage – Over 20 art installations, exhibitions, and festivals celebrating Emirati traditions, crafts, music, poetry, and design.
Entertainment & Events – 40+ shows, immersive theatre, live music, parades, VR activations, and family-friendly activities like toy parades and treasure hunts.
Retail & Lifestyle – A curated mix of artisanal kiosks, galleries, and retail concepts that blend community with commerce.
The result is a destination that feels alive year-round, with seasonal and cultural programming that constantly evolves.
