Limestone Lab developed and realized Social Brewers, a specialty coffee concept inspired by the craft of artisan roasters and the culture of meaningful encounters.
Built on a passion for coffee and community, Social Brewers is more than a café—it is a platform for experiences, blending quality, design, and storytelling into every cup.
Social Brewers was born from a belief that coffee should be an extraordinary experience. Every detail, from the brewing methods to the brand identity, was designed to celebrate coffee culture while fostering connection.
The brand launched with a pop-up in DIFC, taking over the bar at concept store FLTRD. This first space included a merchandise wall for coffee lovers and an intimate seating area, encouraging guests to engage with both the product and the space.
About the Project
At the heart of Social Brewers is a diverse, experimental coffee program, offering both classic and innovative brews:
Manual brews: Moka Pot, V60, Chemex, Siphon, Aeropress
Specialty lattes: Spanish Latte, Mocha Latte, Red Velvet Latte, Charcoal Latte, Gold Latte (with 23k gold & honey)
Flavored options: Hazelnut, Caramel, Salted Caramel, Vanilla
Complementing the drinks, the menu also offers breakfast options and light bites, making Social Brewers a go-to destination for both quick stops and lingering moments.
Social Brewers’ brand is as bold as its coffee. With a modern, vibrant color palette (from energetic orange to fresh teal and green), custom illustrations, and playful packaging, the design reflects a spirit of creativity and accessibility.
The brand is further humanized through “The Gang”—four characters representing coffee’s essential traits:
Body – The Lover
Acidity – The Clown
Flavor – The Musician
Aroma – The Counselor
This storytelling approach gives the brand a personality that resonates with both enthusiasts and casual coffee drinkers.
From concept strategy and branding to spatial design, communication, and rollout, Limestone Lab brought Social Brewers to life as a scalable coffee brand with both lifestyle and investment potential.
The result is a concept that elevates specialty coffee into an accessible, social experience, positioning Social Brewers as a dynamic new player in the UAE’s coffee culture.
