Developed by Limestone Lab, this initiative for Al Othaim in Dammam was primarily a concept development project, delivering a forward-thinking vision for a managed food hall that goes beyond hospitality. The concept was designed to act as both an experiential hub for consumers, offering diverse culinary choices and immersive entertainment, and a real estate solution that enhances the value and attractiveness of its surrounding assets.
